We deliberately take our time to design and craft everything that leaves the workshop, safe in the knowledge our customers will continue to cherish their creations

Full-service - Design & Build

Our process is designed for clients who want to be supported end to end, from initial concepts, sketches and designs through to a full build and delivery.

  • We get together either in person or virtually to discuss your requirements and flesh out some ideas. Ideally you will have a reasonable idea of what it is you’re after, but that isn’t always the case.

    We can help create mood boards, inspirational innovative concepts, and give you fresh perspectives.

    We will provide an indicative quote at this stage. This will be a range depending on the piece

  • Following our initial consultation, we will provide 3 design concepts.

    You will pick your favourite, or the one closest to your vision, which we will refine.

    At this stage we can narrow down the quote

  • Once we have iterated through the designs, made modifications and confirmed any hardware considerations (think hinges, handles etc.) we’re ready to start.

    Jointly we will agree timescales and firm up the build timetable.

    We require a deposit of 50% at this stage to lock your build into the build calendar.

  • Always my favourite part of the journey, the build process!

    I like to take customers on the journey with me, providing timely updates, videos and pictures as we progress so you can see your piece comes to life.

  • They day we hope you’ll remember, the final delivery of your piece to its new home.

    We work with UK and EU couriers to provide tracked service. Alternatively if you’re based in the South East, we are able to deliver ourselves.
